I am an innovation management expert with decades of experience in methodologies and implementation of innovation governance, innovation strategies, portfolio creation and execution. I work with CEOs, CTOs, R&D leaders and innovation executives to determine specifically for their company:

• How to create, balance and govern effective innovation portfolios.
• How to translate (financial) strategy into execution processes that deliver On Time.
• How to organize the data for decision-making, accountability and management.

As a co-founder and former VP Research at Sopheon, I worked with executive teams and innovation leaders across a wide range of industries and international organisations. Now, I am available on a selective basis for:

• Executive advisory on innovation processes.
• Innovation management health scans.
• Portfolio and governance reviews.
• Executive teaching workshops and speaking engagements.

My role is typically that of an experienced and independent analyst and sounding board: bringing clarity, challenging assumptions and alternative processes & governance charters.

Today, this is very interesting because of the AI revolution. As a learned linguist and cognitive scientist, I develop methods that help companies to be a real competitive AI Compatible Knowledge Factory.

My work combines methodology, governance, data and language-based AI thinking into practical innovation management designs.
